Learn the art of Silk painting using wax resist and inks. The wax is applied using “Batik” methods but instead of dipping the fabric into dye, the colour is applied by painting silk inks directly onto the fabric giving much fresher and vibrant results. This is a lovely 4 hour introduction to silk painting. Two hour workshops are also available at the Galleria.
